      I bought a oreva time piece costing Rs 225 only from Krishna Internationl , 84 B Hill Steet Meerut dated 13Sept, 2019. Main purpose was to use its alarm , but it was not working since beginning. I went to the shop 5times but returned with unsatisfactory answer. The shop is 8kms from my home , thus it is shear wastage of money and time. What a company is this? Will the company do something?

   I purchased a led TV nd they didn’t provided us the bill for that. it has been one year of its purchase nd its not working properly… when we asked them to come nd repair it… they keep on making us fool by saying that we come Tomorrow,we will come tomorrow but they didn’t came. And when we went there with the TV.. they asked us to leave it there so that they can repair it.. and after keeping it for 20 days.. they r saying that it is not in the warranty period.. THIS WAS NOT AT ALL EXPECTED FROM UR COMPANY ND I WANT U TO TAKE A QUICK ACTION…. WAITING FOR YOUR POSITIVE REPLY

   सर हमने ओवेरा एलईडी के 10 बल्ब खरीदे थे ।।
   विदिशा (मध्य प्रदेश) की एक दुकान से दुकानदार द्वारा उस पर गलत डेट डाल दी गई होलोग्राम में जो डेट थी उससे एक साल पहले की डेट दी गई है हमको दुकानदार का कहना है कंपनी कंपनी अपनी डेट से 6 महीने पहले ही बल्ब उतार देती है मार्केट में हमारी प्रॉब्लम यह है कि हमारे जो बल्ब वारंटी में चल रहे थे उनमें हमको गलत वारंटी डेट दी गई है ऊपर से हम कंपनी को कॉल करते हैं तो कंपनी की तरफ से हमको कोई आंसर नहीं मिलता है और फोन पर अजीब सी आवाजें आती रहती हमने आपके टोल फ्री नंबर पर भी कॉल किया था कभी कोई मैडम उठा लेती है कभी कोई सर उठा लेता कभी कोई दूसरा आदमी आकर हेलो हेलो हेलो करता रहता है आपकी कंपनी की तरफ से हमको भोपाल के सर्विस सेंटर का नंबर भी प्रोवाइड हुआ था लेकिन वह शॉपकीपर भी हमको यही बोल कर चुप करा दिया कि ₹60 के bulb के पीछे क्यों हम कंपनी पर विश्वास करकेled bulb खरीदा था अब हम दूसरे लोगों को भी मना करेंगे कि ओवेर के प्रोडक्ट्स कम ही खरीदें और मेरा विश्वास लायक कंपनी नहीं hai मैं पिछले 2 महीने से बल्ब चेंज करने की कोशिश कर रहा हूं लेकिन बल्ब चेंज नहीं हो रहा है अभी तक दुकानदार के पास जाओ तो वह कहता है कि यह होलोग्राम पर जो डेट डाली इससे पहले ही बन जाता है कंपनी के पास पहले से ही बन जाता तो होलोग्राम पर वह डेट क्यों छपते हो लोगों को आप पागल बना रहे हो मतलब मतलब जो बल्ब की मैन्युफैक्चरिंग डेट है उससे पहले ही बन जाता है क्या
   आपकी कंपनी को कॉल किया था लेकिन आपकी कंपनी ने हमारा आंसर अच्छे से नहीं दिया यह टोल फ्री नंबर की सर्विस भी बहुत बकवास है कभी कोई बोलता कभी बोलते ही नहीं है कंप्यूटर कौन-कौन रहता ऑफिस की आवाज आती रहती हैं अगर कंपनी हमारा प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व नहीं कर पाती है आगे से हम ओ वेरा के प्रोडक्ट यूज नहीं करेंगे

   Please do not ever purchase Oreva products, this i a wast company which manufacture cheap products. I purchased Oreva room heater 7 days ago and just after using it for only a week my room heater is not working. I went to the shop where I had purchased it, the shopkeeper asked me to pay for repairing it, although it is having 1 year of warranty. I would never recommend anyone to ever purchase any product made by this company. I have never seen such a worthless company, how did this company got certified making such cheap products.

    मैंने amazon से जनवरी में Q-1837 wall clock खरीदी जो 15 दिन सही चली पर फिर अपने आप बंद होने लगी 18001204445 पर बात करने पर उनके द्वारा कानपुर(160 km दूर) का नंबर दिया गया , जिसपर बात करने पर उन्होंने घड़ी को अपने स्तर से कानपुर लाने को कहा गया ,घड़ी को कानपुर ले जाने का मतलब घड़ी की कीमत से ज्यादा खर्च । पुनः 18001204445 पर बात की तो उन्होंने कहा ये कॉरपोरेट ऑफिस का नंबर है न कि customer care नंबर आप जहाँ से ऑनलाइन खरीदे है वहाँ बात करिए । ” ये है कंपनी warrenty की सच्चाई” । अब बताये में क्या करूँ?

    I have purchased Oreva Plastic Pendulum Wall Clock (56 cm x 20 cm x 6.5 cm, Brown, AQ-2247) from amazon on 19 january20 which is showing wrong time i have change 4 set of cell still showing wrong time.
    For which i have talk on customers care number but they refused to help and said dont purchase online if you want to repair u will have to pay extra charge. Or else contact seller .

    Dear Sir,

    I purchase OREVA Ebike having chasis No.181111h09549 From your dealer M/s. EESH Enterprises, Ludhiana vide Invoice No.LD-33 dt.28.11.2018.

    I have purchased this bike that OREVA quality and service will be better than HERO. However HERO is local company and they provide services easily, but I given preference to buy OREVA due to best quality in Clocks and Lightings. But I am very disappointed when I found my bike motor out of order after 15 months only. I approached your dealer and they have taken my bike before lockdown on 18.03.2020. In Punjab Lockdown opened on 17.05.2020, but till date my bike is lying with your dealer for the replacement of motor. However the replacement is under warranty, but your dealer is demanding Courier Expenses for To & Fro.

    If the customer will have to wait for such unlimited time for replacement of motor for your bike, why the customer will buy it. It has affected my all schedules and presently, I have taken a petrol bike on rent basis.

    I think that I have wasted my money to buy OREVA Ebike. Please advise your dealer to replace the motor immediately or give me compensation for the period from 17.05.2020 to onwards.

       It’s the worst bike i look ever . I purchase it one year ago in one year i paid the dealers 10k rupees in repairing of arsenar, controller,battery cancer . 15 days ago i paid 1500rupees and i use the bike less then 30 mins and it has again the problem of controller and arsenar . Dealer send a m echanic and every time he demands for 500 ,300rupeesrupees as a service charge. So u are right neeraj

    Extension box model JCEC-3297 for 1 – 3 pin and 2 – 2 pin plugs is basically a bad design in placement of holes. Once you plug a 3 pin. You cannot plug a mobile charger plug due to size interference

    I have purchased 1 fancy wall clock(oreva) which modal number is AQ 5777 SS. After usage of few months I would be found that the watch stop working suddenly. After remove the battery and re-store again the watch works again. The same things continuesly happen 3-4 times in a month. I want to looking forward for service.
